Connecticut · Water · Fire · Mold · Cleaning

See exactly what needs fixing, and what it costs, before anything starts.

We come out, document the damage room by room, and hand you a written plan with a real price on it. You decide what happens next — and the plan is yours to keep, even if you never hire us.

Free on-site assessment for water, fire and cleaning. We aim to answer live, evenings and weekends — and call you straight back if we're on a job.

Your Restoration Roadmap

What you receive after the visit — in writing, in plain English.

  • A damage map — which rooms are affected, and how far it has travelled.
  • Photos of everything we found, including what is behind the wall.
  • Moisture readings so you can see what is actually wet, not just what looks wet.
  • The work we recommend — and, just as often, the work you do not need.
  • A written, not-to-exceed price.
  • A timeline — how many days, and what happens on each one.
It is yours to keep. Take it to two other companies if you want to.

What do you need help with?

Four things we do. Pick the one that sounds like your situation.

How it works

Five steps. You approve before each one that costs money.

STEP 1

Assess

We come out and find what is actually damaged — including what you cannot see from the room.

STEP 2

Stabilise

If something is still getting worse, we work to stop it that same day so the job doesn't grow while you decide.

STEP 3

Document

Photos, moisture readings and a room-by-room map. This is your Roadmap, and you keep it.

STEP 4

You approve

You get the written price. Nothing runs until you sign it. If we find more, work stops and we re-price in writing.

STEP 5

Restore & verify

We do the approved work, log each day, and show you the readings at the end that prove it is done.

Our guarantee

The number you sign is the number you pay.

If your final invoice is higher than the number you signed, you do not pay the difference — we do. Any work we performed that is not on a page you signed is free. Not discounted. Free.

That is in the contract, not just on this website. A change is not a change until work has stopped and you have signed again.

We guarantee the bill, which we control completely. We will never guarantee a result we cannot promise.

Why trust a company you have not heard of?

A fair question. We are new, so we are not going to pretend we have thousands of reviews. Here is what we put in writing instead.

Book your assessment

Tell us what happened and where you are. We will call you back and book a time — and you will know who is coming and when.

If water is coming in right now, do not use this form. Call (203) 000-0000.

So we know you are in our area before we ask for anything else.

Questions people ask

What does the assessment cost?

For water, fire and cleaning it is free, and the written Roadmap is yours whether you hire us or not. For mold we charge a flat fee, and we credit it in full if you hire us — we explain why on the mold page.

Can the price change once you start?

Only if you agree to it in writing. If we open a wall and find more, work stops, we re-price, and you sign again — or you do not, and you owe nothing beyond the number you already signed.

Do you handle my insurance claim?

No. We are not an insurer or an adjuster and we do not file or negotiate claims. What we do give you is thorough documentation — photos, readings and a written scope — which is what you need for your own claim.

How fast can you get here?

For active water we aim to be out the same day, with a two-hour arrival goal — we'll give you an honest ETA before you hang up. For everything else we book a time that suits you.

What do you not do?

We do not do asbestos or lead abatement — that is licensed work in Connecticut and we refer it to a licensed contractor. We do not do large-loss commercial rebuilds. If your job is bigger than us, we will tell you on the first visit.

Do you put liens on houses?

No. We waive that right in our contract, and you can read that clause before you ever call us.
