What moves the price: heavy soiling or pet damage, rooms over 200 sq ft, furniture that needs moving, stairs, and travel beyond our standard area. We tell you before we start, not after.
We look at it with you first and flag anything that will not come out. No surprises at the end.
Chairs and small items. Heavy furniture stays unless you ask beforehand.
Standard stains included. Anything needing specialist treatment is quoted before we touch it.
Permanent stains, bleach marks and worn fibres do not come back. We will say so upfront rather than take your money.
